			When he does icestorm prog, he follows with a cold breath = 700-800 dam
			total.

Prepare in this room, but note that once you leave it's safe confines that you won't be able to get back in, it's important, because this is the last room that doesn't transfer things on the ground to the Mist Dragon. Send out a nephandi to spelldown (kleshas and mental anguish) and then get the group in there. Vortex blinds and uses chill and lightning. The fighters wielding nasrs should rescue each other to spread damage around while the immober has a hayday.
