=== Description ===

The shattered remains of the ancient civilization of tinker
gnomes resides to the southwest of Darkhaven, in the shadows
of the Southern Mountains and along a forested path.
Inhabiting the tunnels beneath the mountains are the gnome's
perpetual enemies and one time students: the hobgoblins.
Similar to goblins in many ways, they lack the intelligence
and inventiveness of the gnomes. This is made up however in
good measure with cunning and wicked ways. This filthy chaotic
race has made it their goal to rule the gnomes, and eventually
all of Despair itself.
