ARENA ARENAS

Arenas are public battlegrounds where avatars, both peaceful and deadly,
may legally fight each-other. Players enter arenas at their OWN RISK. Once
inside you have the chance of being attacked by anyone.

There are currently three public arenas in the game; the Badlands the
Forested Strongholds, and The Desert Arena. The Stronghold is located
south from Darkhaven. The Desert Arena is located in the Desert of Despair.
In the Forested Strongholds, each player is given a small token for a price
so that they may gain entry into the arena. Inside, there is a potion shop,
which allows you to purchase basic supplies before your fight.

In public arenas, peaceful players may not loot from another player's.
corpse and cannot have their corpses looted. When they die, they respawn
with their equipment still on them.

Private arenas are run by Immortals, and are usually only used for small
groups. The rules of duelling apply in these arenas.
