Basferion:

SAVE saves your character information and inventory. You must be at least
second level to save. The MUD automatically saves approximately one character
every minute, but with the high number of players usually online it may take
hours before your own is auto-saved. For this reason, do not rely on auto-save
to keep your character updated -- Type SAVE frequently.

Type SAVE immediately after recovering your corpse, gaining experience or
a level in battle, getting new items, making purchases or repairs, etc.

Some objects (such as keys) may not be saved. You cannot SAVE objects of a
higher level than your own, as they will vanish when you log (QUIT) out.
Every character is auto-saved at reboot.

Equipment

Basferion:

Equipment (alos known as equip or eq) is basically objects that you are wearing, they affect a wide range of things including:

Statistic (Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, etc), Hitpoints (or Hp for short), Mana, Hitroll, Damroll, etc.
Special types of equipment will have an affected_by flag associated with them. Meaning that when you use that piece of equipment you are affected by that flag. For example if you got "a dead cloaker" and worn it. You would be affected by its
affected_by flying flag. Henceforth you would be flying untill you removed that item.

Usually the more affects or useful increasers to a players stats, generally the higher the value (also being able to get the item has a LARGE affect on that as well)

'garb' shows the wear locations that are missing equipment.

Mental state

Basferion:

Your mentalstate is your current frame of mind. It reflects how clearly and
realistically you view your surroundings. Mentalstate may be affected by
prolonged combat, severe wounds, hunger, thirst, or poison. If you are
affected by one of the above for a period of time, your mentalstate will
begin to deteriorate and you will not view your surroundings as they truly
are. You may begin to hallucinate or become too lethargic to function.
Additionally, your general abilities will be affected. In extreme cases, you
may collapse from exhaustion or enter a delirious coma.

To restore your mentalstate, you may need to rest, eat, and cure any poisons
that may be afflicting you. If you are malnourished, your state will not
improve until you have eaten and/or quenched your thirst.

sentences that describes your state of mind (i.e., You feel great.). Oldscore

Firstly, disarm him. Anhur poisons, blinds and also stuns quite well. He also uses the occasional breath attack (lightning/fire/frost), but overall they only do a couple hundred damage. Tank needs to have resistance to poison (if so, you probably don't need the cleric) or something to cure poison on them, because they'll be bitten almost every round. Any sort of hitter works-- mage paradox, thief circle, etc. Ranger wasp talon also hits him VERY well if you wish to weaken him up a bit. To leave, go two south back to the portal room, and portal there from all south of Darkhaven.

Your favor reflects how much your deity approves of you and your actions. It
can increase if you follow the principles of your deity or decrease if you go
against those wishes. High favor gives you better chance rolls and weapon
bonuses, while low favor penalizes you. Favor is also used to request, or
supplicate, special services from your deity.

The Shattering

Basferion:

A conspiracy of forces, both martial and magic, joined together through the
orchestrations of an unknown entity. A horde of creatures were unleashed from
the Tower of Despair while a Nephandi cabal breached the umbral planes.
Godslayers fought Harakiem as the Black Monk muttered prophecies of doom. An
empty voice spoke and the world was rent asunder.

Only the intervention of a host of Immortals saved the world from total ruin.
The entity was denied entry to the Realms and the earth, though damaged,
remained. Acting as one, lead by the Infinite, the world was healed, though not
the same as before.

Those who survived have dubbed the event 'The Shattering'. In this alien, yet
familiar, land, the survivors struggle to cope with the uncertainty of magicks
and damage to the astral plane. Through adversity, progress is made and many
survivors are rapidly advancing in skill and knowledge, rebuilding the world
in a greater image.
